Living in a world without laws would be like living in a world with no rules or boundaries, one where everyone is very independent because there are so many potential threats. Insurrections are moments of freedom and revolt, often occurring in times of crisis. The most iconic action is probably that of breaking out the windows of banks, court houses, chain stores, and other institutions and symbols of domination.

While we cannot let ourselves be paralyzed by fear, we need to remember that certain types of actions will be treated very, very seriously by the authorities and far more good can be done from outside of prison than from within.
